The DAC's small commercial kitchen is typically rented in conjunction with rental of the gymnasium and/or lounge.
The kitchen has commercial appliances that include a dishwasher, six-burner stove, refrigerator, and coffee maker. It has a full selection of preparation, cooking, and serving dishes, and service for thirty guests.
Chafing dishes, coffee urns, beverage dispensers, wine and beer glasses, and other equipment is available for rent.
